Our offer includes a comprehensive induction programme aimed at ensuring staff have the appropriate introduction to our service users and our services covering all aspects of the Support Worker role and the relevant legislation associated with the work that we do.

In addition, we will provide all staff with a thorough and detailed training programme that covers the core essentials associated with the role and provide them with the necessary skills to carry out their duties to a high standard.

Additional qualifications can be obtained on completion of the induction and mandatory training and include National Vocational Qualifications and Apprenticeships relating to Health and Social Care.
